I'm just a loner in the land
With my feet in the sand
Nobody knows that I'm alive or even comes by
Just how many tears will I be able to cry?
I'm torn between two worlds
One place of pain the other of pearls
I'm use to how things have been
The hurt, the pain, and even the sin
Even though it's behind me now I still can't let go
I tried to fix, mend, and even tried to sew
The mistakes I've made the places I've laid
The lies, the men are still in the shade
But something I know my future is sure
In the land of the sand where it is pure
No buildings, no man, so we can sort this all out
No traffic, no lights, no one to shout
I'm just a loner in the land
With my feet in the sand
Nobody knows that I'm alive or even comes by
Just how many tears will I be able to cry?
I'm just a loner in the land
With my hands and feet in the sand.
